About Me
For more than 25 years I’ve worked as an attorney and in‑house corporate counsel helping businesses navigate the legal and operational challenges that come with growth. Over the course of my career, I noticed a pattern: small and mid‑sized business owners often face the same complex issues as large companies, but without the budget for full‑time counsel or unpredictable hourly legal fees.
Too often, that means owners delay getting the guidance they need — not because they don’t value legal protection, but because traditional legal models simply aren’t built for them. Unfortunately, waiting can turn small issues into costly problems, and hidden risks can quietly threaten the stability of an otherwise healthy business.
I created my concierge legal and business advisory services to change that dynamic.
My model is built around accessibility, trust, and a long‑term business relationship. I work with a limited number of business owners who want ongoing access to experienced, practical legal support at a predictable, reasonable cost. No hourly billing. No large retainers. No surprises. Just a trusted advisor who understands your business, anticipates issues before they escalate, and helps you make confident, informed decisions.
My passion is helping entrepreneurs protect what they’ve built, uncover risks they may not see, and create a strong foundation for long‑term success. I believe every business — not just the biggest ones — deserves access to knowledgeable, proactive legal guidance.
If you’re looking for a trusted attorney and business advisor who will stand beside you, understand your goals, help you navigate the legal side of running and growing a business, serve as a sounding board for ideas and goals, or help you develop your leadership team, I’d love to work with you. Simply call, email or complete the no-obligation Contact Form. Let’s start the conversation.
More About Me
In addition, I volunteer at Equine Assisted Therapy (EAT), which I love doing. EAT is fabulous organization that connects our participants with the therapeutic and healing nature of horses to help our participants and their families work through physical, cognitive or emotional difficulties. I train EAT volunteers, take care of and train the horses, and enjoy doing anything the EAT team asks. It is a fantastic organization. I’ve see firsthand how the program changes lives.
