About Me and How I Work With Business Owners
After working as in-house corporate counsel across several industries for 25 plus years, I’ve learned that smaller business owners often face the same, or greater legal and business challenges, except they often don’t have the resources to retain full-time counsel, or they fear the high hourly rates to engage outside counsel. I want to change that. My goal, my passion, is working with a limited number of small to mid-sized business owners and partners so they have the opportunity to access quality, experienced and knowledgeable concierge legal and business advisory services, without the cost of retaining full-time counsel or the uncertainty of “bill by the hour” legal rates.

We meet and I listen to your wants, needs, concerns, where you are with your business and where you want to be. We’ll see where you’re strong, areas that might need attention, and ways to protect your company so you can keep growing.
